Research

I research molecular ecology and population genetics using a variety of molecular markers. I have experience with microsatellite DNA, DNA sequencing, mRNA techniques, and isozyme electrophoresis. I am interested in using individual-based analyses for multiple molecular ecology and forensic applications. We are currently using multiple microsatellite DNA markers to investigate dispersal and relatedness in fragmented populations.
