B.S. Degree in Cell and Molecular Biology (CAM)

The Biology program offers the student a comprehensive yet liberal education in Cellular and Molecular Biology. With diverse interests in the biological sciences the faculty offer a broad range of courses and provide the background necessary for careers in many areas of biological science such as medicine, molecular biology, biotechnology, genetics, and medical technology. Students are also prepared for advanced studies in the life sciences, medicine, dentistry, veterinary science, and allied disciplines.

Requirements for the B.S. Degree in Cell and Molecular Biology (CAM)

Prerequisites (State mandated common prerequisites) for students transferring from a Florida college system institution: Students should complete the following prerequisites at the lower level prior to entering the university. If these courses are not taken at the community college, they must be completed before the degree is granted. Unless stated otherwise, a grade of C is the minimum acceptable grade for any prerequisite.
