CMMB Research Focus Areas

The Department of Cell Biology, Microbiology and Molecular Biology focuses its efforts on basic and applied science in Bacterial Pathogenesis, Genome Integrity & Mechanisms of Aging, and Structural & Computational Biology. There is a clear need in each of these research areas, and their underlying biology is compelling and discoverable - as a result of systematic investigation.
