Bio

I am an Industrial Microbiologist who specialized in the bacterial cell and cell product part of the Biotech industry. Specifically the products developed and research conducted in my lab included, anti microbial peptides, microbial polymers, bacterial phage control through the development of a restriction modification system useful in the lactococci, isolation and characterization of degradative hydrocarbon pathways in pseudomonads, biocontrol agents for fungal diseases in plants, and the scale up of bacillus spore products. The work resulted in many U.S. Patents and publications.
