Directions:

The Department of Cell Biology, Molecular Biology and Developmental Biology (CMMB) is located at the University of South Florida Campus in Tampa, Florida. Departmental offices are located in ISA 2015 on the second floor of Interdisciplinary Science Building

  • Flying to Tampa:
    The Tampa International Airport (TIA) is a major airport with direct flights to many American and International cities.
  • Driving directions from Tampa International Airport:
    Upon exiting the airport, follow signs to Interstate 275 North (Tampa), about 3 miles. Head north on Interstate 275 for about 11 miles and take exit 51 (Fowler Ave) and head east (right) on Fowler Ave. Proceed 3 miles and turn left onto Leroy Collins Blvd. (there is a well marked left turn lane and traffic light. This is the main entrance to USF.
  • Driving directions from Interstate 275:
    Take exit 51 (Fowler Ave) and head east (right) on Fowler Ave. Proceed 3 miles and turn left onto Leroy Collins Blvd. (there is a well marked left turn lane and traffic light. This is the main entrance to USF.
  • Driving directions from Interstate 75:
    Take exit 265 (Fowler Ave) and head west toward Temple Terrace. Proceed 4.4 miles to Leroy Collins Blvd. (there is a well marked traffic light) and turn right. This is the main entrance to USF.
  • Once on USF Campus: Proceed north along Leroy Collins Blvd.. On the right is what appears to be a small drive through bank. This is where you need to stop and purchase a one day parking tag. Tell them you are going to BSF and they will direct you to the correct parking lot. If someone is dropping you off, proceed along Leroy Collins Blvd. until it ends. Follow the road (a U-turn) and make the first right possible after the U-turn. This leads into a parking lot adjacent to the BSF (BioScience) and ISA(Inderdisciplinary Natural Science) buildings. The CMMB Office is located on the second floor of the ISA building.
  • Parking on USF Campus:
    You must have a valid parking permit or use metered parking at all times while on USF campus. Contact parking services on the web for details.
