I am currently an Instructor and Laboratory Supervisor for the following courses:
- MCB 3020L, General Microbiology Lab
- MCB 4115L, Determinative Bacteriology Lab
- PCB 3023L, Cellular Biology Lab
- PCB 3063L, Genetics Lab
I received my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida in Microbiology, with a minor in Chemistry. I attended Graduate School at USF and earned my Master's degree in Microbiology. My research focused on identifying, cloning and analyzing collagenase genes from Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus agalactiae. I was hired by CMMB right after graduating in 2006 and have been here ever since!! Currently, my duties at USF do not involve research.
