Welcome Newly Admitted Bulls!

We can't wait to meet you at orientation! In order to be fully prepared for that day check out the To-Do lists below based on your student status!

FTIC students are those who are coming from high school and may have accelerated or dual enrollment credit.

Transfer students are those who have completed 1 or more semesters at an institution of higher education after high school.

If you are a thinking about attending USF but have not yet applied, please see our webpage for Prospective Students.

As a newly admitted FTIC student, it is important to do the following things as soon as possible:

  1. Register and pay for your orientation date.
  2. Set-up your USF email and check it regularly.
  3. Turn in all immunization and medical records to USF Student Health Services.
  4. Submit all official accelerated and dual enrollment credit to USF Admissions (if applicable).
  5. Attend your orientation session.

As a newly admitted Transfer student, it is important to do the following things as soon as possible:

  1. Register and pay for your orientation date.
  2. Set-up your USF email and check it regularly.
  3. Respond to BioAdvise outreach about Pre-Orientation Appointments (if applicable).
    • Attend a Pre-Orientation Appointment if applicable.
  4. Complete any course evaluations (if necessary). Learn more about this HERE.
  5. Turn in all immunization and medical records to USF Student Health Services.
  6. Submit all official transcripts from your previous institution and high school to USF Admissions.
  7. Attend your orientation session.

Pre-Orientation Appointments provide you the opportunity to register for your courses prior to attending orientation. This will provide you with more opportunities to select the courses that are best to accommodate your academic interests and your personal scheduling needs.
